A minimum of 1 image is required for ALL artworks for website display. For prints, we also require a high-resolution image.

1. For Website Display: 

  • Quality: Please ensure your images are well photographed and represent the artwork as closely as possible in color and brightness. Avoid cast shadows and skewed angles. 
  • Resolution: Use web-optimized images (72 DPI). A resolution of 1500 to 2500 pixels on the longest side is generally sufficient for online display. 
  • File Format: Save images in JPEG/JPG, PNG or GIF format. We cannot accept images embedded in documents such as Word or PDF. 
  • File Name: Your artwork will be identifiable by file name, please use this example file name structure “ArtistName-Title-Category-Web” (Category: Original, Print or WallSculpture)

2. For Printing Purposes: 

  • Quality: Please ensure your images are well photographed (ideally professionally) and represent the artwork as closely as possible in color and brightness. Avoid cast shadows and skewed angles, and ensure all cropping and corners are clean enough to print. 
  • Resolution: Supply high-resolution images at 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher. This ensures fine details are preserved in the printed material. 
  • Size & Aspect Ratio: Ensure the image is supplied at the exact dimensions needed for print, which is the minimum size for printing and at full size of artwork. 
  • File Format: Use high-quality JPEG/JPG format for print. 
  • File Name: Your artwork will be identifiable by file name, please use this example file name structure “ArtistName-Title-Print”
