Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship only to the continental USA. If you are located outside of this area, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss possible shipping options.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take between 2-3 weeks depending on your location within the continental USA.

3. What is the quality of your prints?

Our prints are produced using premium fine art matte canvas, specifically designed to meet museum-level longevity standards. We use a Giclee printing process on poly-cotton, acid-free canvas with archival pigment ink that resists fading, ensuring color consistency for up to 200 years.

What is included with each canvas print?

  –  A lightweight, premium-grade 1.5″ thick wooden frame (gallery wrapped)

  –  Ready to hang with attached wire

  –  Floater frames available in 5 popular styles

  –  Felt pads for wall protection

How should I maintain my canvas print?

To keep your canvas in pristine condition, avoid exposing it to moisture or humidity. Use a soft, dry cloth or feather duster for cleaning, if necessary.

4. What is your return policy?

At Coastline.Art, each piece of artwork is carefully selected and curated to ensure the highest quality. Because many of our artworks are original and made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to provide a free replacement.

What to do if your item arrives damaged:

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.

Thank you for understanding our policy. We take great care to ensure that every piece meets your expectations and brings beauty to your space.
